Born on the Caribbean island of Guadeloupe, Tricia Evy is one of France’s best known jazz vocalists with her passion for singing inspired by legendary artists such as Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday and Mel Trome`.
In recent years, Tricia, Together with Xavier Richardeau (saxophone) and Jean Philipe Bordier (guitar) has delighted international audiences with a musical repertoire of standards by major composers, including George Gershwin and Cole Porter.
The Trio recently appeared at the famous Olympia in Paris.
This is Tricia’s first visit to Australia.
